We will list your full catalog as long as they are your products and do not violate our Product Guidelines. We do not allow you to list or sell wholesale products from other Vendors on your Main Street vendor page. To ensure your page is compelling to Customers, we suggest having at least 10 products listed.

We do not list products that retail above $20,000 as we’ve seen that they do not typically perform well on our platform. Please keep in mind that any product with a retail price of $500 or greater will be considered non-returnable.

Main Street will not list the following products:

• Counterfeit products or products that you do not have the right to sell (ex: products that you do not make or that are not under your brand). Main Street does not allow products or listings that use a brand’s name, logo, or protected design without the brand owner’s consent or permission, even if up-cycled or repurposed from authentic materials.
• Products sourced from online marketplaces
• Firearms/firearm ammunition
• Weapons, including knives, explosives and related items
• Products containing any amount of alcohol.
• Products containing any amount of drugs, including prescription, legal or illegal drugs
• Products that contain Cannabidiol (CBD) or Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC); this includes products with Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica, Cannabis ruderalis, full spectrum hemp oil and rich hemp oil. However, Main Street is permitting a limited number of brands to offer hemp-derived CBD products on an invitation-only basis, and may expand this pilot program to additional brands in the future.
• Drug paraphernalia
• Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vape sticks or pens, hookah pipes, smoking blends (including herbal), and other smoking paraphernalia
• Any hazardous, toxic, flammable, biohazardous, unsafe or dangerous products
• Any recalled products
• Dietary supplements
• Fur and other materials derived from endangered species, cats, or dogs are prohibited under Main Street’s policies and applicable laws. Leather and other non-endangered animal materials are permitted, provided they comply with all local regulations governing the sale of animal products.
• Children’s car seats or harnesses
• Pornography, including images, videos or other offensive materials
• Products that are offensive or promote, incite or glorify hate or violence towards any person or group
• Culturally insensitive products
• Products related to terrorist organizations
• Confederate flag merchandise
• Digital goods, including software
• Gift cards
• Currency, coins, cash equivalents, Bitcoin or other similar digital currency
• Stamps
• Fine art
• Gambling or lottery related items
• Any perishable foods (defined as shelf life under 30 days or as required by applicable law, rule or regulation), including meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and dairy products
• Any products containing asbestos or flame-retardant chemicals
• Counterfeit goods
• Used goods
• Any other products that Main Street determines in its discretion to be inappropriate for availability on the Main Street marketplace.
• Any products, materials, or ingredients that are prohibited by Main Street’s partners, including those listed on the Stripe Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list.
