  • What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
    • Each product listing will note if there’s a Minimum Order Quantity (M.O.Q.). You must meet that minimum to place an order—but ordering more than the M.O.Q. is always welcome! For products with no M.O.Q., we still offer price breaks at higher quantities, so the more you order, the more you save!
  • Do I have to hat the same size for an entire order?
    • Absolutely not! We understand that the sizing is needed in different quantities, so we allow you to choose whatever sizing configuration you need for your order!
  • Will my design have any edits prior to printing?
    • We will use the exact image that you upload for your order in the exact spot that you place it. If we have any issues with the image you have uploaded then we will reach out to you prior to printing your order!
  • What file type and quality of image do I need?
    • All images uploaded need to be a transparent Portable Networks Graphics or PNG with a 150 to 300 Dots Per Inch or DPI. Any other file types might lose the transparency in the image which result in an undesirable print!
  • What is the Turn Around Time for an order?
    • We target to have a turn around time of 5 to 10 business days. We know that sometimes these items might be needed sooner but if that is the case, please contact us at support@inkedyourway.com and we will try to expedite your order
  • What if I don’t like my order?
    • We understand that sometimes your creative vision can be just that, a vision. Once it is in put onto a shirt, it might look different than what you imagined. Unfortunately, due to the nature of all the items we offer being 100% custom for your liking, we cannot accept any returns on any non-damaged items.
  • My Order Came Damaged! What do I do?
    • It is rare, but sometimes our quality control team misses a shirt or two when checking for issues. If this is the case, please email support@inkedyourway.com immediately with pictures of the items damaged along with your order number. We will then give you the option of store credit or to re-ship the damaged items. That is left up to you!
